All products must be made in the Midwest. Email us a description of what you create along with pictures and your contact information. If you currently sell your products online please share your website, Facebook, Instagram, etc. links. We will review and get back to you with our decision. The review process may take a few weeks.
shipping & returns
We love our products and we believe you will too! If for some reason you need to return your item you have 10 days from the date you receive the item. For all returns, please email us so we can provide you with return information. Any item purchased from Middle Ground Co. that needs to be returned may only be returned to Middle Ground Co. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to us.
All upcycled, vintage and recycled products are unique in their individual markings. Some products show wear-and-tear from their previous life and we try to document this in the photos of each item. This is normal and is not considered a defect. We take great pride in our products and they go through a rigorous quality control before they are put up for sale and shipped. Should you have a concern about a product you receive please email us immediately upon receipt of the item. Include pictures and a description of your concerns. We will assess this information and if it is determined that the product is flawed we will issue you a full refund upon receipt of the item.
If we determine any returned item has been used or damaged no refund will be issued. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products items such as soaps, lotions, lip balms, dog shampoos, sprays and paw pastes are final sale.
All products are in stock unless otherwise noted and will ship out within 2-5 days from date the order was placed. All items are shipped through the USPS and tracking information will be provided with each shipment. Shipping is available to all 50 states. We do not currently offer shipping out of the country. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase as Middle Ground Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
